On March 27, 2011, schweinsty reported that icEbLuE20 had plagiarized her fic, Of Wussies and Pythons and Devious Little Boys. Screencaps can be found at the original report. Although icEbLuE20 changed names and rephrased some bits of the original fic, her story, Snake Factor is still clearly a copy.

On February 17, 2011, someiiyoshino reported that Vashti Williams/bubblexxtea (aka milk_tea81) had plagiarized a number of stories from a number of different fandoms. On July 7, agt_spooky reported that deanandsamsmuse had plagiarized their story. Although the story has since been removed from Livejournal and Fanfiction.net, there are screencaps in the original report which show that deanandsamsmuse copied the original story almost word for word, just changing one character's name.

On May 27, hoshiko_2000 reported that Amourhetalia had plagiarized a number of original works of art by Hidekaz Himaruya on DeviantArt. On March 30, 2011, call_me_loca reported that "I did tell you" had plagiarized Crying Cowgirl's story, Hero. Although "I did tell you" is no longer on fanfiction.net, and the story has been removed, there are screencaps in the original report. Those screencaps make it clear that "I did tell you" copied and pasted Crying Cowgirl's story word for word ( Read more... )

I was reading my facebook feed and came across a post made by WCUGirl reporting a stolen story. She claims it is RealNCISAuthor under a new name, i did tell you.

The story Hero is a word for word copy of Crying Cowgirl's Hero.

I've made screen caps of both stories.

A person calling themselves RealNCISauthor (of all things!) not only stole four stories by well-known authors in the NCIS fandom, but actually accused them of stealing the stories in the first place. (See screencap of FF.net profile page http://www.fanfiction.net/u/2793774/RealNCISauthor below.)

On January 30, 2011, sevensixthree reported that Kyla M. had plagiarized IYWriterGirl. IYWriterGirl and Kyla M. are the same person, however, and the author profiles have been updated to reflect that fact.

Given this information, there was no plagiarism.
